- Planning with each department head and program manager to identify potential sources of funding and program direction.
- Drafting of initial and final grant applications for each program.
- Establishment of draft due dates which allow for sufficient review and editing.
Application Submission
Upon final review and approval, K & L Management, LLC will ensure that grant applications are submitted timely and in accordance with all grantor specifications.
- K & L Management, LLC will monitor all correspondence related to any and all follow-up activities related to grant application submissions.
- Our team also coordinates all application package supplemental documentation such as SF 424, Needs Assessments, Standard Assurances, Environmental Checklists, Environmental Records Review, and Cost Sharing Data.
- Our team ensures that all local, state, and regional planning permit documentation is obtained.
