K & L Management, LLC will help each program and department to develop a well-organized and clearly written grant application, tailored to the requirements of the granting agency to maximize the chances of success:

  • Planning with each department head and program manager to identify potential sources of funding and program direction.
  • Drafting of initial and final grant applications for each program.
  • Establishment of draft due dates which allow for sufficient review and editing.

Application Submission

Upon final review and approval, K & L Management, LLC will ensure that grant applications are submitted timely and in accordance with all grantor specifications.

  • K & L Management, LLC will monitor all correspondence related to any and all follow-up activities related to grant application submissions.
  • Our team also coordinates all application package supplemental documentation such as SF 424, Needs Assessments, Standard Assurances, Environmental Checklists, Environmental Records Review, and Cost Sharing Data.
  • Our team ensures that all local, state, and regional planning permit documentation is obtained.
